About

Ashley is a Licensed Professional Counselor and completed her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Lewis University. She also received her Bachelor’s degree with a Major in Psychology at Montana State University. Ashley has previous experience at a Women’s Domestic Violence shelter where she aided in helping women cope and work through trauma.

Ashley is a compassionate individual that is driven to help her clients succeed. In her free time, she enjoys being outside, hiking, and being active.

She has experience working with Children, adolescents, teens, adults, and the elderly that have struggled with Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, trauma, domestic violence, grief, and issues with Self-esteem. Ashley understands and believes that everyone walks their own path in life. Therefore, Ashley provides a supportive atmosphere to ensure you feel comfortable working through your past and present emotions. Ashley will help you challenge negative thoughts and educate you on how to use these tools in your own life. Everyone is different, and Ashley tailors her sessions to ensure clients find a method that works for them. Ashley believes healing is lifelong, but therapy is solution-focused. She looks holistically at her clients’ lives to ensure they leave better than when they arrive.
