Erin is currently obtaining her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Adams State University. She is dedicated to providing support and guidance to individuals facing various challenges. With a strong emphasis on helping current and retired athletes, individuals with diverse backgrounds, and those struggling with anxiety, depression, generational trauma, and PTSD, she strives to create a safe and inclusive space for all.

By utilizing a client-centered approach, Erin aims to collaboratively work with individuals to identify their unique strengths and develop effective coping strategies.

Having a deep understanding of the unique experiences and pressures faced by athletes, diverse individuals, and members of the LGBTQ+ community, Erin is committed to providing culturally sensitive and affirming therapy. She recognizes the importance of creating a non-judgmental environment where clients can freely express themselves and explore their identities.

Erin shows passion for helping individuals navigate their mental health journey and supporting them in achieving their goals. Together, we can foster personal growth, improve overall well-being, and create a more fulfilling life.
