Therapy can be an essential tool for people who want to create their best life.  Let's work together to find the solutions that will most help you.  We all need support and guidance during challenging times. Therapy is a gift that allows you to work through your thoughts, struggles, trauma, loss and stress that comes with life. I see pain often as a symptom that helps us guide the way and challenges us to get to know, love and be our best selves. I believe that you are your own expert and that the therapeutic relationship affords you the safety to begin that journey.

The biggest step is the awareness that you’re destined for something else and the mindfulness that you are more than the discomfort you are feeling right now. You’ve demonstrated that awareness and courage by seeking help. I base my practice on helping you find your strengths and purpose and we work together to sort through the rest. Healing takes time, pain helps guide the way and therapy helps us turn our struggles into our strengths and make meaning of our lives.

Heather specializes in working with teens and adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, self-esteem, self-injury and school related challenges.
