About

Kristin graduated from Arizona State University with her Master’s Degree in Social Work. Kristin has extensive experience working with children on the autism spectrum thanks to her time at a therapeutic day school. Kristin is also experienced working with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, and self-esteem concerns.

Kristin believes that the counselor and client relationship is a collaboration to find the best tools and skills that support the client in their lives. Kristin takes a strengths-based and trauma-informed approach when working with clients. She understands that while struggling with issues and trauma in life, it can be hard to find the strengths we have within ourselves. Kristin hopes to support the client in realizing these inner strengths that are commonly overlooked and identify the tools they already own within themselves.

Kristin would describe herself as approachable, kind, empathetic, and a bit free-spirited. Her goal is to make sure each client feels heard, understood, and supported. In her free time, she loves to spend time with her friends and family and enjoys a little mindless reality tv!
