As human beings, we are to experience a wide range of emotions, and she wants to help those process through them and provide insight and psycho-education in doing so. Her approach to therapy is to always be transparent with you but always encourage and challenge you to find the positive in every given situation. She will work collaboratively with you during each therapy session and make sure your needs are being met. She uses various techniques including mindfulness, journaling, boundary setting, and communication skills.
